Relax! This was the consistent theme in my training this week.
Relax my shoulders as I dead lift.
Relax while doing double unders. (I realized that I was jumping without breathing. No wonder why I kept screwing up.)
Relax while going for the take down. Logan got the points. I got the lesson.
As I write this, feeling sore (and feeling my age) after a week of some tough training and with a sprained toe from BJJ last night, I vow to relax and train no more until Saturday morning. With the exception, of course, for a little training in Just Dance 3.
