Have you ever noticed that some of the principals of bjj are similar to those for success in life? Before I explain further, here is my disclaimer - I am not an expert in either category, just a dedicated student of BJJ and a student of life.
• You cannot stop. You have to keep moving.
• If what you are doing is not working, try something else.
• Slow and steady wins the race, just like the fable the Tortoise and the Hare.
• Think through your moves. Use strategy. In most cases, be proactive, not reactive.
What do you think?
YES!! I am a youth pastor and I am constantly using bjj analogies in my lessons. lol. Everytime I mention bjj now they sigh. ;)
